I've been very curious about these since I first heard mention of them (though I suppose we gimmicky-burger-watchers are few and far between) but it's great to hear an assessment! Thanks for taking the fall, honestly. Shoving mayo in a burger patty or mashed potatoes in donuts just... bleh. Interesting, if little else. Spudnuts, my local LA donut chain, has the potato-flour donuts figured out, but sounds like they couldn't replicate that across the big pond. And you have a beautiful family, by the way! Cheers!
