There’s nothing quite like the feeling you get on a Friday afternoon when you know you’ve got the whole weekend ahead of you. TGIF indeed. So what do we have lined up for this weekend? Weather permitting, tomorrow we will be heading to Coogee and Bondi Beach to do a little sightseeing, as per Andy’s recommendations. I’m praying for nice weather – today’s been rainy off and on. Sunday I’ve got some disc golf action lined up at MacQuarie University. There’s a mini tournament called MADD MACQ’S GOLF 005 happening which I’m itching to take part in. At last – my first taste of disc sports down under. I may even be playing some pickup Ultimate with a group in the western part of town late in the afternoon, should I have enough energy.

As for next week – no rest for the wicked. It’ll be another week on the road, back in Melbourne Monday to Friday. You’d think I’d know Melbourne pretty well by now. Truth is, I only know about 5 blocks of it, all in the downtown area. It’s a nice city from what I can tell. I’m hoping I’ll be able to explore it a bit more next week.
